Revia [Naltrexone HCL – Oral] may cause side effects in some patients who are using it. The most common side effects patients get are anxiety, headache, stomach upset, sneezing, muscle pain, blurred vision, ringing in the ears, nervousness, sleeping trouble, nausea, nasal stuffiness, decrease in sexual interest, thirst and weakness. Though all these side effects usually go away by themselves, if they do persist, the doctor should be consulted.
In case any of the following serious side effects occur, the doctor should be called immediately: skin rash, mood changes, vomiting, breathing trouble, confusion, hallucinations and severe diarrhea.
