Symptoms of a blood clot in the lungs are chest pain, blood in cough and shortness of breath. Nolvadex [Tamoxifen Nitrate] may also increase the chance of the patient having a stroke, which may lead to disability and death. Symptoms of stroke are sudden weakness, numbness and difficulty to talk or walk. Nolvadex [Tamoxifen Nitrate] may also increase the patient’s risk of developing a serious and life-threatening disease such as uterine cancer.


	Drug Interaction
	Nolvadex [Tamoxifen Nitrate] may cause adverse drug interactions when administered simultaneously with other medications. It is also prescribed for use in therapy of cancer patients who are recovering from radiation and surgery. This drug is also known to be prescribed for the prevention of breast cancer in women who have a high risk of developing it.

	Precaution
